Marcell D. Troupe has extensive experience in IT finance and administration, currently serving as the Director at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since December 2013, following roles as Associate Director and Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes the position of Assistant Manager at the Vanderbilt Eye Institute from May 2007 to November 2013. Marcell holds a Master's degree from Post University, a Bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University, and an Associate's degree from FIDM.
