Eric Fersten is an accomplished financial manager with extensive experience in the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since January 2019, and as a Senior Accounting Manager at Vanderbilt Imaging Services since November 2011, Eric is adept in financial analysis, budgeting, and preparation of general ledgers. Previously, Eric held the position of Controller at Nashville City Club, where responsibilities included managing the accounting department and presenting financials to the board of directors. With prior experience as Director of Club Accounting at Deloitte & Touche and as an Audit Staff member, Eric has a strong background in financial analysis and compliance. Eric also founded and managed a successful pet care service in California and began a career at Leo Burnett as Broadcast Business Manager, focusing on budgeting for broadcast operations. Eric earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in TV-R from Ithaca College.
