Rebecca Perez is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Vandalay Brands since May 2022. Previously, Rebecca held various positions at Park Grill at Millennium Park, including Server, Hostess, and Financial Administrator. Additionally, Rebecca served as Lead Hostess at The Walnut Room and worked as a Barista at Starbucks. Rebecca holds an Associate of Arts degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College and is pursuing further education at the University of Illinois Chicago, set to graduate in December 2023.
