Jacky Zhongqiang Lin, PhD, currently serves as Manager of CMC Regulatory and formerly held the position of Senior Regulatory Scientist at Vanda Pharmaceuticals, focusing on IND, NDA, IMPD submissions, and regulatory support since December 2019. Prior to this role, Jacky worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals as a Formulation Scientist from January 2016 to December 2019, developing oral solid generic products. Earlier experience includes a position as a Formulation Scientist at Endo Pharmaceuticals and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where Jacky conducted significant research on ethylcellulose curing. Jacky's educational background includes a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore and dual degrees (BSc and MSc) in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Additional internships at Abbvie and Abbott Laboratories helped Jacky gain expertise in various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
