Nicho Agnoloni is an experienced soccer coach with a diverse background in youth development and coaching roles. Currently serving as the U16 Head Coach at Vancouver Whitecaps FC since May 2016, Nicho has also held positions as U15 Assistant Coach and Prospects Coach within the MLS Academy. Previous coaching experience includes a role at BC Soccer from April 2022 to June 2023, and leadership positions at Mountain United FC and North Vancouver Football Club covering various coaching capacities from September 2012 to June 2023 and January 2012 to July 2019, respectively. Additional coaching experience includes work with TOCA Football. Nicho's early career included a role as a Stock Clerk at London Drugs from May 2015 to May 2018. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, specializing in Managing Information Systems and Operations Management, supplemented by studies at Capilano University.
