Jessica Roberts is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication roles across various educational and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Communications for Vancouver Public Schools since July 2022, Jessica leads communication strategies, media relations, and crisis management initiatives. Previously, as Associate Vice President of Brand, Marketing and Communications at Mt. Hood Community College, Jessica played a key role in achieving the 2021 ACCT Charles Kennedy Equity Award and improving internal communication systems. Jessica's background includes positions at the University of Oregon College of Education, Kindred Healthcare, and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where Jessica developed successful marketing and communication strategies, managed diverse teams, and contributed to numerous award-winning campaigns. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Louisville and a Master’s degree in International Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
