Andrew Frias is an experienced financial management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Accounting Services at Vancouver Community College since April 2018, Andrew has previously held key financial management roles, including Manager of Budgets & Analysis at Capilano University, and various managerial positions at Vancouver Community College, including Manager of Budget & Financial Projects and Manager of Forecasting & Reporting. Early career experiences include financial analyst roles at Teligence and DataWave Systems, as well as accounting positions at Mr. Lube and Midland Appliance. Andrew holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, and is a Certified Management Accountant from the CMA Society of British Columbia.
