Alec Chmielewski has extensive work experience in various industries. Alec started their career as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, where they worked as a sales and marketing assistant and managed a computer database of client information. Alec then worked as a Financial Planning Assistant at Ferguson Financial and as an Advanced Associate at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Later, they became a Client Service Manager at Wealth Enhancement Group.

Alec transitioned into the education sector, working as a Teacher at KNC Hyunjae, Janghak Education, and BCM Language Centers. Alec also served as a Teacher at Kwangjang Elementary School. After their teaching experience, they joined Vanco as an Operations Team Lead.
