Mohesh GUNESS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Service at Vancelian since September 2021, GUNESS previously held key roles at Concentrix in Customer Service Operations from February 2018 to April 2021, and as Operations Manager at both CM-CIC Securities from September 2013 to December 2017, and Chronopost from 2011 to September 2013. Additional operational leadership experience includes a tenure at Teleperformance from September 2007 to January 2011, and a position as Site Operations Manager at bet365 from January 2004 to September 2007.
