James Howard has over 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Executive at Vance Brown, Inc. since June 2007. Previous roles at Vance Brown, Inc. include Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Earlier in their career, James held the position of Design Project Manager at Hammerschmidt Construction from 2003 to 2007. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Chico, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2002, and graduated from Leigh High School in 1995.
