Stephen Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of VHB Metro DC, LLC, with over 40 years of experience in the field. Stephen previously served as the Executive Vice President at WRT [Wallace Roberts & Todd] and as a Land Planner at Hanna/Olin, Ltd. Stephen holds a Master of Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. With VHB, Stephen leads a team of passionate professionals who work with public and private clients in various markets to improve mobility, enhance communities, and balance development with environmental stewardship.
