Gale Cook, CPA, serves as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at VT LandGroup since June 2020, while also holding the position of Controller for the Residential Real Estate Group at Van Tuyl Companies since July 2019. With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, Gale previously worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Maracay Homes and as Corporate Controller for Taylor Morrison Homes Corporation. As VP of Finance at AV Homes, Gale played a critical role in land acquisition evaluations and financial forecasting. Earlier career milestones include directing land accounting at Meritage Homes Corporation and serving as Tax Manager/Audit Senior at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Gale holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
