Ole Faass has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ole started their career in 1992 at the Ministry of Defense as a Plaatsvervangend groepscommandant. In 1998, they joined ING (CenE Bankiers) where they held diverse positions in Private Banking, including Marketing Segment Manager. In 2004, Ole moved to Van Lanschot Bankiers and worked as a Project Officer and later as a Senior Project Manager. Ole then transitioned to the role of Formule Manager, responsible for developing and implementing client loyalty strategies. In 2013, Ole became a Senior Project Manager at Van Lanschot Kempen, working on projects related to adviesprocessen and operationele werkzaamheden. In 2019, they were promoted to Director Group Performance Analytics and later to Executive Director Group Performance Analytics in 2021. Overall, Ole's work experience spans project management, marketing, and leadership roles, with a focus on the financial industry.
Ole Faass received their education in a chronological order. Ole completed their Digital Business Transformation studies at IMD from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they graduated from INSEAD in 2008, where they completed the Van Lanschot Leadership Program. In 1997, they earned an MSc degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before that, they acquired an IR degree in Business Informatics from Windesheim from 1987 to 1992. Lastly, they obtained their Havo degree from Vallei College, Amersfoort in 1987. Additionally, they have completed several certifications in various fields, including Power BI, leadership, project management, and agile practices.
