Thang Nguyen is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery Banca Training at Sun Life since May 2022, Thang previously held roles as a Training Manager at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. and Phú Long Group. Additionally, Thang has been a lecturer at Van Lang University since November 2018, teaching essential soft skills such as communication, creativity, and teamwork. Early career experience includes positions as a Sales Training and Development Team Leader at NOVALAND GROUP and HR and Training Executive at DATXANH GROUP. Thang holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Hoa Sen University.
