Remco Vonk is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and marketing communication. Currently serving as Manager Customer Service at Van Heek Medical since February 2023, Remco has previously held several leadership roles at Matchcare, including Teamlead ServiceDesk & Klant Contact Centrum and Teamlead ServiceDesk from May 2018 to March 2023. Additionally, Remco owned Vonk Events & Entertainment from May 2016 to March 2023 and worked at CB as an Account Medewerker from July 2016 to May 2018. A sabbatical in Australia was taken from July 2015 to May 2016. Prior experience includes a position as Projectmedewerker Marketing Communicatie at Lumens and interim head of Marketing Communicatie at Dynamo Eindhoven. Remco holds a Bachelor of Communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, along with a Minor in Management and Leadership obtained in 2010.
