Gary Baxter serves as the Operations Director at Strata Geotechnics since October 2017, following the rebranding from Van Elle Geotechnical, which remains within the Van Elle Group. Under Gary's leadership, Strata Geotechnics provides a comprehensive range of services beyond the Piling sector, including foundation testing, ground investigation, and specialist consultancy. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Operations Director in the Geotechnical Division at Van Elle Geotechnical Ltd from 2002 to the present, and was previously a Labour and Site Co-ordinator at Balvac Ltd from 1992 to 2002.
