Matt Doiron is currently a Manager at van den Boom & Associates. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Accountant at iboss from February 2019 to April 2021. There, they were responsible for consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, preparing and reviewing monthly reconciliations for significant accounts, assisting with the evaluation and implementation of ASC 606, communicating financial results to executive teams on a routine basis, facilitating the close of the Company's foreign entities, and owning the Company's tax filing processes (Sales & Use, Personal Property, etc.). Matt also creatively identified and implemented various process improvements and documentation.

Before working at iboss, Matt was a Senior Assurance Associate at EY from July 2015 to February 2019. There, they executed testing programs related to higher-risk accounts (revenue, inventory, etc.), built and maintained cross-functional internal and external relationships across various levels, managed and developed assurance professionals across various teams covering multiple audit cycles, detail reviewed staff-prepared workpapers for quality, completeness, and accuracy, and served a mix of public and private clients across several industries.

Matt Doiron has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Matt also has a high school diploma from Central Catholic High School. Matt is certified as a public accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
