Lindsay Arensman is currently a Manager at van den Boom & Associates. Prior to this, they worked as an Assurance Manager at EY from January 2016 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing internal reports and SEC templates, preparing portions of financial reporting packages, analyzing year-over-year fluctuations within financial statement accounts, and researching business matters within applicable accounting standards guidance.

Before their role as Assurance Manager, Lindsay interned with EY's Assurance department from June 2015 to August 2015. During their internship, they worked with various engagement teams to provide Assurance services for both commercial and quasi-government clients. Lindsay also assisted with quarterly procedures such as the tie-out of a deferred revenue account and the preparation of quarterly workpapers, analyzed recent OIG and GAO reports, and performed tests of controls for billing, procure to pay, labor/payroll, and cost accumulation processes.

After completing their high school education at Howell High School, Lindsay Arensman pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from American University. Lindsay then obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy. More recently, they have also obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel 2010.
