Leon D. McGuire Jr., P.E., is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and design across various sectors, including commercial and residential developments. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager at Van Cleef Engineering Associates since February 2014, Leon has managed projects from concept to construction in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Previous roles include Environmental Permitting Coordinator at Mease Engineering, Private Engineering Consultant, and Project Manager at multiple engineering firms such as Fioravanti, Inc., and Bohler Engineering. Leon possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, acquired between 1985 and 1990, and has developed a broad skill set in environmental permitting, project management, and civil design over a career spanning over three decades.
