Indre Nagyte has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Indre'smost recent role is as the Head of Marketing at Vamoos since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder Shareholder at Pharma Dia / Lecler starting from January 2016. Indre also held the position of Head of Marketing at Experience Travel Group from an unknown date until April 2019. In addition, they worked as a Consultant at The Flashpack in 2016. Indre held multiple roles at Mondelez, including Brand Manager for Cadbury Choc Beverages, Retail&AFH, Brand Manager for Karuna Baltics, and Brand Manager for Jacobs R&G Baltics, with varying start and end dates between 2007 and 2015. Indre Nagyte has a Master's Degree in Marketing and International Business from Vytauto Didziojo universitetas, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. During their master's program, they also participated in a part of their Master Thesis at the University of St.Gallen in 2003. In 2002, they took part in an exchange program at Piraeus University in Greece, focusing on Marketing and International Business.

Prior to their master's degree, Indre Nagyte completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Vytauto Didziojo universitetas from 1996 to 2001.

Apart from their formal education, Indre Nagyte has also obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot, and in 2020, they completed the Marketing Foundations: Value Proposition Development course offered by LinkedIn.
