Dione's tenure at Valvoline since August 2016 involves managing complex accounting and reporting processes, and overseeing external financial reporting compliance with SEC rules and US GAAP. Prior to Valvoline, Dione accumulated extensive experience at PwC from September 1999 to July 2016, advancing through various positions including Assurance Director - Chief Auditor and Assurance Senior Manager.
