Kimberly Chomica is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Valvoline Global Operations since November 2022. Prior experience includes various director roles at GKN Aerospace, a leading aerospace supplier, where responsibilities encompassed talent engagement and acquisition for multiple business lines. Prior to GKN Aerospace, Kimberly was a Talent Delivery Manager at Randstad Sourceright, focusing on strategic recruiting for Honeywell. Additional experience encompasses roles at Amazon.com, Republic Airlines, and Target, where Kimberly began the career in human resources as an Executive Team Leader. Kimberly holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and has pursued strategic human resources leadership training at Cornell University, along with a degree in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington.
