Ralph V. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Retail Processing Supervisor and Appraisal Compliance & Vendor Manager for Liberty Home Equity Solutions. In 2014, they took on the role of Customer Support Representative at ValuTrac Software, Inc., where they were previously a client and utilized the software to build and maintain an Appraisal Order department. In 2015, Ralph V. returned to ValuTrac Software, Inc. as a Sales Application Engineer.

Ralph V. attended American River College from 2001 to 2008 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. In 2014, they were certified as a Residential Appraiser by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. Ralph also obtained a certification as a Residential Appraiser from the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers in 2003.
