Divya Kanakaraj has over nine years of experience in human resources, currently working as a Recruiter at Valuewing Consultancy Services (P) Ltd since March 2014. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Executive at Soliton Technologies, where responsibilities included coordinating on-campus recruitment, interviewing and extending job offers to engineering and diploma candidates, organizing workshops for team leads, conducting induction programs for new hires, and revamping HR policies. Divya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Amrita School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KLN College of Engineering.
