Ville Salomäki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and growth management across various industries. Currently serving as Growth Manager at ValueSource Partners Oy since April 2024, Ville previously held the position of VP Sales & Partnerships at Tesseract, where efforts focused on redefining digital asset lending. With a strong background at Vaadin as VP of Sales, leading global sales teams, and as Managing Director at Pure=Beauty/Ekovista, Ville co-founded an influential company in organic and fairtrade product distribution in Finland. Additional roles include Sales Director at Accenture and Account Manager at Siemens, where Ville successfully negotiated multi-million euro deals and managed key accounts. Ville holds an MBA from EADA Business School and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Turku.
