Manisha Gauri is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Behavioural Psychologist at ValueMatrix.ai since September 2023. Prior to this role, Manisha worked as a Product Specialist at DoSelect and held an advisory position on the Women in Leadership Council at California State University, Chico. Manisha has also contributed as a People Officer at ShoreWise Consulting and as a Consultant for AI Assessment at Intelion Systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Agile Cockpit as a Marketer and Psychometric Assessment Designer, as well as positions at Smapsters as a Human Resources Assistant and 3Dexter as an HR Intern. Manisha holds a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from Amity University and has a background in psychology from Delhi University.
