Kancharla Phani Surya Kusuma Srilahari started their work experience in 2020 as a Full Stack Development Trainee with MERN Specialization at NxtWave. They received intensive training in web application development and demonstrated proficiency in programming foundations using Python. They solved various problems covering fundamental concepts in programming. In 2021, they joined Valuebound as a Software Development Engineer I.
