Lia Onorato has extensive experience in international coordination and strategic planning, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning and New Initiatives at Telespazio since June 2013. Additionally, Lia holds the position of Head of New Initiatives and Special Projects at Leonardo since April 2018, emphasizing transformation programs. Previously, Lia was a Senior Engagement Manager at Value Partners. Lia's academic background includes a degree from Luiss Guido Carli University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
