Matias Arpikari is an experienced ICT Project Manager and IT Architect with a robust background in merging public administration organizations and enhancing digital services. Currently at the ³Õ²¹±ô³Ù¾±´Ç±¹²¹°ù²¹¾±²Ô³¾¾±²Ô¾±²õ³Ù±ð°ù¾±Ã¶ since May 2024, Matias oversees technology and IT architecture for the integration of multiple entities into the Lupa- ja valvontavirasto.
