Henri Jaakkola is a Legal Counsel in the Finance Division at Valtiokonttori (State Treasury of Finland), with a focus on central government debt management, including syndicated bond issues, cash management, and risk management, while also addressing sanctions and AML-related matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Specialist and later as a Specialist in EU Affairs at Valtiovarainministeriö, where responsibilities involved bank crisis management, synthetic securitization, and coordinating Finnish EU presidency efforts in financial services. Henri Jaakkola has also co-owned Delphos International Oy, managing asset and contract services, and held various legal trainee positions, enhancing a well-rounded legal and financial expertise. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and additional studies in Bordeaux and Helsinki.
