Charles Desjardins is an experienced executive with a strong background in management, finance, business strategy, web strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as EVP & MD and Chief Executive Officer at Valtech since March 2003, Charles plays a critical role in business development and strategy, as well as overseeing the marketing team at Absolunet. Charles's previous board membership includes Leucan and the Fondation de l’entrepreneurship, along with involvement in advisory roles related to small business and entrepreneurship with the Government of Canada. Educational credentials include an M.Sc. in International Finance from HEC Montréal and a B.B.A. from the same institution, enhanced by studies at Copenhagen Business School.
