Karen Jacobs is a Document Control Specialist at VALSPEC since February 2020, with prior experience as the East Regional Training Manager at Airgas and a Training Specialist at Almac. Karen holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts in English from Adams State College, a Master of Science in Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, an Associate of Arts in Secondary Education from Montgomery County Community College, and various certificates in E-Learning Instructional Design and Training from ATD.
