Victor Ciubotaru has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance (QA) and software testing. Victor started their career in 2012 with roles at Fida Solutions as a Software Tester (Project-based) and at Code Factory Ltd as a QA Analyst. In 2014, they joined Ladbrokes Coral as a QA Analyst and later transitioned to the role of QA Automation Engineer. Victor worked at Ladbrokes Coral until 2020, gaining valuable experience in QA automation. In 2020, they joined Valsea Technology as a QA Engineer and eventually advanced to the position of QA Lead in 2021. With their extensive experience in QA and software testing, Victor Ciubotaru has developed strong skills in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.

Victor Ciubotaru completed their high school education at the National College of Informatics Piatra Neamt from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Victor then attended the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest from 2005 to 2009 and received an Engineer diploma in Applied automatics and informatics. Continuing their education, Victor pursued a Master's degree in Performance technologies for urban environment protection at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest from 2010 to 2013.
