Sharon Johnson, currently serving as the President & CEO of Valparaiso Family YMCA since January 2022, has extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA organization. Prior positions include CEO of Stevens Point Area YMCA from June 2018 to January 2022 and Executive Director at YMCA of the Fox Cities from February 1993 to June 2018, where Sharon also held the title of Director of Program Management. Academically, Sharon earned a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Springfield College between 2010 and 2012, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1988 to 1992.
