Dushan Nikolovski is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in fostering innovation and supporting entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Treasurer for the Lake Central Barracudas Swim Club, Dushan also holds the position of Director of the Innovation Hub and Clinical Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Valparaiso University. As the Founder and CEO of IKANSTART, Dushan facilitates workshops and networking events for emerging entrepreneurs. Additionally, Dushan is the Northwest Indiana Regional Director for the Global Entrepreneurship Network and a Board Member of the ECIER Foundation, which focuses on empowering young leaders in underserved communities. Dushan's prior roles include Clinical Associate Professor at Purdue University Northwest, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Success at Purdue University Calumet, and Founder of both The Big Sell Entrepreneurship Competition and Professional Partners. Dushan has earned advanced degrees in Business and Management from Purdue University and Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor's in Accounting from Indiana University Northwest.
