Todd Dickson has extensive experience in the education sector. Todd founded and served as CEO of Valor Collegiate Academies, a charter management organization in Nashville. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Fellow with the Tennessee Charter School Incubator, where they designed and opened Valor Collegiate Academies. Todd also held a fellowship at Stanford University, exploring effective public school leadership. Earlier in their career, they served as the Executive Director of Summit Prep High School and taught Physics at Summit Preparatory Charter High School. Todd also worked as a Science Teacher at Carlucci American International School, where they taught various subjects and co-led an interdisciplinary program.
Todd Dickson has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. Todd then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, from 1993 to 1994. Finally, Todd earned a Master's of Education (MEd) degree from Stanford University, completing the program in 2002.
