Zachary Amron is currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and heading the Business Operations at Valon since October 2021. Prior to that, Zachary worked as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP with rotations in M&A and Capital Markets. Zachary has experience as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, an Analyst at Ellington Management Group, and a Paralegal at Quinn Emanuel. Zachary holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in History from Colgate University.
