Goura Gopal Dalai is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in web application development and cloud computing. Currently, Goura works at Valocity since March 2022, focusing on building and updating applications using Angular and .NET. Prior experience includes a role at Milliman from June 2017 to November 2021, where Goura leveraged Microsoft Azure Services for cross-platform applications that optimized data processing. Earlier, as a Software Engineer Intern, Goura analyzed medical records with SQL and configured builds using PowerShell. Additionally, Goura contributed as a Graphic Designer at Odisha Oracle Users Group, creating mobile apps and magazine designs. Goura holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University and International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
