Prior roles at Valmont Industries included Vice President of Global Marketing, overseeing all marketing efforts for various brands. Ondrejko's background also includes significant positions at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where responsibilities spanned global marketing and product management for RIDGID brands. Ondrejko holds an MBA in International Management and a BSBA in International Business & Economics from Bowling Green State University, along with certifications from the Kellogg School of Management.
