Emily Olson is an experienced HR and ESG professional currently serving as HR Manager and ESG Manager at Valmont Industries, Inc. since August 2018. Duties include monitoring ESG public disclosures, managing relationships with ESG rating agencies, and contributing to the annual sustainability report. Previous roles involved supporting manufacturing sites as a Human Resources Generalist and driving campus talent acquisition as a Campus Talent Acquisition Advisor, where significant achievements included hiring over 50 interns and managing a successful internship program.
