Stéphane Favrichon's work experience includes various roles in finance and management. Stéphane started their career as an External Auditor at Deloitte France from 1983 to 1987. Stéphane then worked as an Internal Audit Manager and Group Treasury Manager at Gerland Group from 1987 to 1994. From 1995 to 2005, they served as the Financial Manager at DMV Group. Since 2005, Stéphane has been with Vallourec, where they have held positions such as Financial Manager for the Chinese Project "V&M Changzhou," CFO China, VP Finance for the Power Generation and Pipe Project Divisions, Shared Services Coordinator, and most recently as the International Finance Director, responsible for projects and financial control on specific international entities.

Stéphane Favrichon graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Stéphane then pursued a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, completing it in 1990. Prior to that, they attended Lycée du Parc in 1978-1979 for a preparatory class in commerce/gestion.
