Arturo De Diego has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Vallourec. Arturo began their career in 2002 as an Engineering Chief, where they focused on developing tooling and CNC programs to manufacture Premium threads. Arturo also designed processes to reduce cycle times and manufacturing costs. In 2005, they became an R&D Manager, responsible for designing and developing Premium Threads for the international market, as well as creating procedures and tools for inspecting and testing Premium connections. From 2007 to 2011, they served as an R&D Protectors Manager, developing new processes to improve productivity and reduce rejects. In addition, they were a Process Engineer at Vallourec Star from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Arturo has been with Vallourec as an Accessories Plant and Production Cell Manager, and later as an Operations Director.

Arturo De Diego completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 2000 at Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtaining a major degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1999, they briefly attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they studied Technology Administration with a focus on Patents, Industrial and Intellectual Property.
