John Siu is an experienced sports therapy professional, currently serving as the Head of Sports Therapy and Lead Sports Therapist at Joint Dynamics since July 2018, where management of a team of sports therapists is a key responsibility. Siu founded and serves as Chairperson for the Sports Therapists Association of Hong Kong, established in February 2023, aimed at regulating and supporting sports therapy professionals. Additional roles include Lead Sports Therapist for the Eastern Sports Club's basketball team and Team Sports Therapist for Valley RFC and previous positions in various sports including basketball, football, American football, and rugby, emphasizing expertise in manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises. Educational qualifications include a BSc(Hons) in Work Based Learning Studies focused on Fitness and Exercise from Middlesex University and a Level 6 Master Diploma in Advanced Clinical Sports Therapy from the Active Health Group Academy in the UK.
