Maggie M. has been working in the technology field since 1998. Maggie began their career at Legal Aid Society of Santa Clara County as a Database Designer. Maggie then moved to Hewlett-Packard as a Team Lead of Call Tracking Application Development, where they developed a call tracking system using MS Access for the HP Finance Connection Business Unit and received the Best Project Award through San Jose State University. In 1999, they joined ATR International as an Information Systems Manager, where they provided technical leadership and direction to support daily business operations and drove analytics across the board. Maggie was later promoted to Chief Information Officer. In 2018, they joined Valley Services Electronics as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they recommended software upgrades, reviewed assigned business processes, identified and addressed operational, financial and technological risks, and identified opportunities to improve efficiency. Maggie also utilized Tableau to generate reports and enable visualization of company data.

Maggie M. attended San Jose State University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned their B.S. in Management Information Systems. Maggie then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems and Management. Additionally, they have also attended Shih Hsin University, where they studied Journalism.
