Mackenzie Shumaker is a Human Resources Specialist at Valley Professionals Community Health Center, a position held since February 2017, following a tenure as a Human Resources and Marketing Intern at the same organization. Additionally, Mackenzie serves as an Assistant Event Coordinator for Hobnob Market, facilitating the transformation of spaces into vintage markets throughout Illinois. Previous experience includes internships at the Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank and Tanner and Associates Insurance Agency, focusing on donor outreach, event organization, and customer service. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management & Policy from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2016, and has a high school diploma from Fountain Central High School.
