Crystal Nedik has a long and varied work experience. Crystal began their career in 2006 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst/Collection Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2009, they took on two roles as a Program Manager/Human Terrain Analyst at SCIA, LLC and a Human Terrain Analyst at Jacobs Technology. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Functional Lead/Senior Non-State Threats Analyst at Leidos. Crystal then moved on to Radiant Solutions in 2015 as a Geospatial Scientist. In 2019, they started working at Iron EagleX, Inc. as a Project Manager and at ISPA Technology as a Business Process Analyst. In 2021, they took on a role as Program Manager at Belcan. Currently, they are a Vice President of Operations at Valley IT Solutions and an Adjunct Professor at the Dr. Wallace E. Boston School of Business at American Military University.

Crystal Nedik has a diverse educational background. Crystal earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in 2007. Crystal then obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida in 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in 2006, and their Associate's Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College in 2003.
