Cory Dillon, CWI, currently serves as the Director of Innovation & Design Engineering at Valley Irrigation - A Valmont Company since May 2022. Previously, Cory held various supervisory and engineering roles at Valmont Industries, Inc. from November 2011 to May 2022, including Supervisor- Senior Mechanical Engineer and Supervisor- Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities involved developing mechanical and structural designs, leading the Design Technician team, and providing technical support. Other experience includes working as a Field Engineer/Estimator at Kiewit Power Constructors and a Field/Design Engineer Co-op at Kellogg Company, along with an internship as a Manufacturing Engineer at Parker Hannifin. Cory holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
