Elizabeth Savage has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Elizabeth began their journey in 1983 as a Technical Search professional, working in various roles until 1994. Elizabeth then moved on to Hyperion Software, where they served as a Manager of Staffing. In 1997, they moved to Norbert Technologies as the VP of Human Resources, taking part in the company's management team and being responsible for recruitment, retention, and talent development. In 2009, Elizabeth obtained a certification in Internal Union Avoidance Leader from Workforce Dynamics, Inc. Elizabeth also received a certification in Myers-Brigg Type Indicator from Otto Kroeger Associates / CPP, Inc. in the year 2008. In the year 2000, Elizabeth underwent Six Sigma DMAIC and Change Acceleration Process training at GE Capital. Additionally, in 2013, they completed Lean Training at Operational Performance Solutions, Inc.
