Brad J. has extensive experience in health program management and epidemiology, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Improvement at Valley Health Plan since October 2022. Previously, Brad held key roles including Clinical Performance Manager at Brown & Toland Physicians and Population Health Analytics Manager at San Mateo Medical Center, where responsibilities included project management, data analysis, and advising on health initiatives. With a solid foundation as an Epidemiologist II and Supervising Epidemiologist at San Mateo County Health System, Brad coordinated outbreak investigations and analyzed health disparities. Contributions to the Bay Area Health Inequities Initiative as Co-Chair of the Data Committee further highlight leadership in health equity. Brad's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Des Moines University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
