Paul Horning is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in acquisitions, strategic planning, and real estate investment management. Currently, Paul directs mergers and acquisitions for GBS Corp, a technology and solutions company, while also serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Business Development at Valley Growth Ventures. Additionally, Paul is an Investment Committee Member at Partbnb and has held advisory roles at Innovative Global Partners. Formerly, Paul was the Managing Director at Innovest Capital, where responsibilities included establishing the US subsidiary for Gulf Investment House and managing real estate investment funds. Earlier career achievements include leading KeyCorp's Private Equity Group and creating a national commercial mortgage company at KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
